Refund Policy

1. OVERVIEW
Less Is Moore Studios provides digital marketing services including Klaviyo email marketing strategy, flow builds, campaign creation, copywriting, design coordination, consulting, and related digital services.
Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, all payments made to Less Is Moore Studios are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. NO REFUNDS
All retainers, project fees, setup fees, deposits, and one-time service payments are non- refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to your project. This includes but is not limited to:
Klaviyo flow builds
Campaign creation
Strategy development
Consulting services
Copywriting
Design work
Email scheduling and implementation
Technical setup and integrations
3. MONTHLY RETAINERS
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and cover allocated time, resources, team scheduling, and ongoing service delivery. Retainer payments are non-refundable once billed.
Clients may cancel ongoing retainers by providing written notice in accordance with their service agreement. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only — no credit or refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
4. PROJECT TIMELINES
Any turnaround times or estimated delivery dates provided by Less Is Moore Studios are general estimates only. While we always aim to deliver within the advised timeframe,
timelines may vary depending on project scope, revisions, client approvals, communication, technical requirements, and overall workload. Estimated delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
5. REVISIONS
Reasonable revisions are provided within the agreed scope of work. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Revision requests do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree to contact Less Is Moore Studios directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes professionally and in good faith.
Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after services have been delivered may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, and recovery of any associated fees and costs.
7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.
